Ingredients:Pea Protein, Pea Starch, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda, Methylcellulose, Guar Gum, Sunflower and/or Canola Lecithin.

 

Instructions:

1 egg= 1 Tbsp+ 3 Tbsp water

Method 1- Mix Baking Replacer and water. Add into your recipe just as you would with regular eggs.

Method 2- Combine Baking Replacer with dry ingredients and the additional water (3Tbsp /serving) in wet ingredients.
