Directions
- Place contents of bag into mixing bowl.
- Add 2 large eggs.
- Add ¼ cup (2 oz.) vegetable oil.
- Add ½ cup (4 oz.) water.
- Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350˚.
